In Rural zoned areas there is a $20 charge on top of our standard pricing for all Naked DSL connections. If you wish to check your zoning please call our helpdesk on 0800 500 638 and a member of our support team will be more than happy to help.

Also, keep in mind that in areas where this surcharge applies it is only a few dollars more a month to get a voice line with a normal Broadband plan.

To use broadband you will need a Broadband router. If you have previously had Broadband in New Zealand, you will be able to use the modem you already have, otherwise you will need to buy one.

Prices include GST, configuration. Line filters are $9.90 each and you will require one line filter for each phone. Postage is $9.90

There is no connection fee on a 12 month contract. If you disconnect within 12 months you will be charged a $99 disconnection fee in addition to any hardware costs or charges credited as part of promotional offers.

In certain circumstances, additional wiring will be required in your home which carries a connection and wiring fee of $149.

* Once you reach your data limit, your connection will be slowed down to 64kbps for the remainder of the month. You can purchase additional data at this time if you choose.
